Returns and Refunds
Each print is produced to order and carefully checked before it is dispatched. I want you to be completely happy with your purchase.
Change-of-mind returns
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason.
To request a return, email contact@samuel-cooper.com within 14 days of delivery and include your order number. You then have a further 14 days to return the print.
Prints must be returned in their original condition and packaged securely to prevent damage in transit. The customer is responsible for the cost of returning a change-of-mind order.
Once the returned print has been received, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days. The original standard delivery charge will also be refunded. Any additional amount paid for an upgraded delivery service is not refundable.
A deduction may be made if the print has been handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect it or has been damaged after delivery.
Damaged, faulty or incorrect prints
If your print arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please email contact@samuel-cooper.com as soon as possible.
Where possible, please contact me within three days of delivery and include:
Your order number
A photograph of the damaged or incorrect print
Photographs of the packaging and shipping label
Once the issue has been confirmed, I will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
Reporting damage within three days helps me resolve delivery issues quickly, but this request does not affect your statutory rights.
Personalised and bespoke orders
Prints produced to a personalised or genuinely bespoke specification may not be eligible for change-of-mind cancellation.
This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described.
Returning an order
Please contact me before returning a print. Return instructions and the appropriate return address will be provided by email.
Do not send a return without first contacting me, as this may delay the refund or replacement.
